Last Update: May 29, 2026

The developer team of MTones Digital ("we", "our", or "us") operates various mobile applications available in the store, including games, wallpaper applications, and ringtone applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Services" or "Applications").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of data when you use our Services, as well as the choices you have associated with that data. By using any of our Applications, you agree to the practices described in this document. This policy has been drafted to comply with the requirements demanded by the Google Play Store and current global privacy regulations.

1. PRIVACY POLICY

1.1 Data Controller

The data controller for your information is the independent developer MTones Digital.
Support Contact Email: tonedynamics25@gmail.com

1.2 Information We Collect and Use

Our applications are designed to function primarily without requiring custom account registration. We do not directly collect or store personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, or phone number) on our own servers unless you contact us directly for technical support.

  • Game Data and Cloud Saves: In our game applications, your progress, achievements, and virtual purchases are stored locally on your device and may be synchronized through Google Play Games Services to guarantee data backup and cross-device recovery.
  • Third-Party Services and SDKs (Automatically Collected Information): To fund development, process transactions, measure application performance, and improve the user experience, the Applications use official Google SDKs and third-party tools that collect data automatically:
    • Google Play Billing / Payment Processors: For secure processing of any in-app purchases. We do not store or have access to your financial or credit card information.
    • Google AdMob / Advertising Networks: They collect mobile advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID or AAID) to serve relevant, personalized ads and to perform performance analytics.
    • Firebase Analytics (Google LLC): This service collects completely non-personally identifiable usage statistics, such as app sessions, retention rates, user interactions inside the app (e.g., button clicks, screens viewed, levels completed), in-app purchase events, and general geographic location data (country and city level). This data helps us understand how our products are used and how to improve them.
    • Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC): To ensure app stability, this tool automatically collects stack traces, crash reports, device models, operating system versions, and system state information at the exact moment a crash occurs. This data contains no personal identity indicators and is strictly used for debugging purposes.
    • Content Servers: Used in our ringtone and wallpaper apps to deliver the media catalog efficiently to your device.

1.3 Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

The automated data collected by Firebase and AdMob is processed based on our legitimate interest in maintaining, securing, and continuously improving our Applications, as well as monetizing our free services legally and transparently.

1.4 Application Permissions

Depending on the functionality of the specific application you have installed, we may request certain permissions on your device. These permissions are strictly necessary to provide the service:

  • BILLING: Essential permission required to handle in-app purchases, microtransactions, and premium unlocks via Google Play.
  • SET_WALLPAPER: Exclusively required in wallpaper applications to apply images directly to your device background.
  • WRITE_SETTINGS: Critical permission required in ringtone applications to set audio files as ringtones, notification sounds, or alarms.
  • INTERNET: Necessary to remotely load content catalogs, process payments, sync Firebase events, and display advertisements.
  • STORAGE / ACCESS_MEDIA_PROVIDER: Used to download, store, or temporarily cache multimedia files (music or images) on your device's local storage.

1.5 Data Sharing and Third-Party Links

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to external companies. Your data is handled through Google services (AdMob, Firebase, Google Play) which act as data processors under secure compliance standards. For more information on how these third-party services manage your data, you can consult their respective privacy policies:

1.6 Data Retention and Deletion

Since we do not manage personal user accounts or store personal information on our own servers, we do not possess databases to delete. Analytics data collected via Firebase is subject to standard automated retention periods (typically up to 14 months) and is anonymized by Google.

If you wish for us to remove any communication history or emails sent to our technical support, you can request it by messaging tonedynamics25@gmail.com. For data stored by Google Play Services or Google Play Billing, you can manage or delete it directly through your personal Google Account settings.

1.7 Data Security

We value your trust in using our Services. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect data using commercially acceptable means (and leverage Google's secure cloud infrastructure), we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

1.8 Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Firebase Analytics is configured to track general usage statistics anonymously. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data via a support email, we will delete it immediately from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware of this, please contact us.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

2.1 Authorized Use

The applications and their content are provided exclusively for the personal and private use of the end user. Redistribution, sale, copying, or any type of commercial exploitation of the files (images, audios, or game assets) outside of our applications is strictly prohibited without our express written authorization.

2.2 In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

Some of our game applications allow you to purchase virtual items, currencies, or premium features using real money through the Google Play Store:

  • Nature of Purchases: All virtual items, features, and currencies are non-transferable, have no real-world monetary value, and constitute a limited, revocable license for personal use within the specific game.
  • Billing and Security: All financial transactions are handled exclusively and securely by Google Play. You are responsible for managing your Google Play account passwords and authentication methods to prevent unauthorized purchases.
  • Refund Policy: All sales made through the platform are final. Refund requests must be processed directly through Google Play's standard refund systems and are subject to Google's terms and conditions.

2.3 Intellectual Property and Copyright

Multimedia Content: The included wallpapers and ringtones have been carefully selected from sources that allow free distribution, open licenses, or are considered to be in the public domain.

Copyright Respect: If you are the legitimate copyright holder of any content present in our Applications and believe your rights have been violated, please request its removal by sending a detailed notification and your proof of ownership to tonedynamics25@gmail.com. We will respond immediately (DMCA Procedure) by removing the file after proper verification.

2.4 Limitation of Liability

MTones Digital is not responsible for technical failures inherent to the user's device, accidental loss of virtual items due to local device clearance, nor for any misuse or external manipulation that users may perform on downloaded files once they are outside the controlled environment of the application.

3. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use periodically. We advise you to review this page regularly to check for any changes. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon posting in this section.

Cookies Policy

Cookies and Tracking Technologies Policy

If you want to know more about the use of cookies and tracking technologies by MTones Digital across our website and mobile applications, you are in the right place. Below, we will explain what these technologies are; the types we use and for what purposes; and how you can manage your settings if you wish.

Please note that if you decide to block or disable some of these technologies, our website and certain features within our games and apps (such as secure processing of in-app purchases or loading premium media content) may not function correctly, which could affect your user experience.

What are Cookies and Tracking Technologies?

A cookie is a small file that is downloaded to your computer or mobile device when you access certain web pages, blogs, or use specific mobile services.

In addition to browser cookies, our mobile applications may use Software Development Kits (SDKs), mobile advertising identifiers (like Google's AAID), and secure transaction identifiers. These tools allow our services to securely process purchases, save your progress, store preferences, and retrieve analytics regarding system performance without directly identifying you as an individual.

Most browsers and mobile operating systems accept these technologies by default, but they offer built-in privacy settings to manage or reset them whenever you prefer.

Types of Cookies and Identifiers We Use

To offer you a better user experience, obtain analytical data, process transactions securely, and support our development, MTones Digital utilizes both first-party and third-party technologies:

  • Technical and Functional Technologies (Strictly Necessary): These are required to enable fundamental operations across our platform. In our games, this includes essential identifiers used by Google Play Billing to process secure in-app purchases, verify digital item ownership, and prevent fraudulent activities. They are also used to control web traffic and deliver our multimedia ringtone and wallpaper catalogs efficiently.

  • Personalization Technologies: These allow our services to remember choices you make, such as preferred regional settings, volume preferences, or specific language layouts on your device.

  • Analytical and Performance Tools: These help us or our third-party partners quantify user traffic and behavior. We monitor general usage patterns, error crash logs, and operating system statistics to optimize game stability and improve our content offerings. All data collected this way is aggregated and strictly anonymized.

  • Advertising and Behavioral Identifiers: We partner with advertising networks like Google AdMob. These services use unique advertising IDs to show you relevant, personalized ads within our applications and websites based on your interests, while helping us fund free content development.

Specifically, our platform integrates Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, and Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google utilizes these tracking identifiers to securely handle transactions and serve advertisements, managing that information in strict accordance with Google’s official Privacy Policies.

Managing and Rejecting Cookies or App Identifiers

At any time, you have the right to adjust your device or browser settings to manage or completely reject tracking technologies.

On Web Browsers (Blogger):

You can configure your browser to reject all cookies, block third-party cookies, or clear your browsing history. Here are the official configuration guides for the most popular web browsers:

On Mobile Devices (Android Games & Apps):

Mobile advertising identifiers do not live on web browsers. If you wish to reset or limit personalized ads within our apps and games, you can manage this directly via your Android device settings by navigating to Settings > Privacy > Ads and choosing to "Reset advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
